All goods supplied are as specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
All items will be posted out within 2-3 working days. If for any reason, this is not possible, the customer will be contacted.
Parcels are posted using Royal Mail or DPD for larger parcels.
Overseas delivery charges apply on all orders.
Returns are accepted, providing the item to be returned is in new condition.
The Outwoods Gift Shop are not responsible for items returned which arrive damaged during transit.
The Outwoods Gift Shop reserve the right to alter item descriptions, specifications or prices without prior notice.
It is within our rights to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or have not been paid for in full.
